This mineral oil is specially designed for the maintenance of your serving platters and cutting boards. It is approved for food contact and does not alter the taste or smell of food, and does not go rancid over time.

Instructions for use:

• Apply a thin layer of food-grade oil to the clean, dry surface.

• Remove excess after application.

• Repeat every six months for normal use, or more frequently for intensive use.

Store away from light, in a temperate place, neither too hot nor too cold.
