1. Food Contact: our platters are designed for direct use with food.
2. Cleaning: use a slightly damp sponge without any product.
3. Precautions: do not place in a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, or immerse in water or any other liquid...
4. Regular Maintenance: apply a thin layer of food-grade maintenance oil (sold separately), removing any excess; every 6 months for normal use. More frequent maintenance is necessary for more intensive use.
5. Durability & Responsibility: by following these simple tips, your platters will maintain their shine and solidity for many years. However, the workshop cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with these instructions or common sense rules.
